Roger S. Taylor, Ph.D.
Dr. Roger Taylor is an educational research scientist with nearly three decades of experience in higher education and applied research. He brings expertise in assessment, program evaluation, learning analytics, and artificial intelligence in higher education.
His higher education work spans academic assessment, institutional analytics, accreditation, and program evaluation. Through AI Education Consulting, he helps institutions evaluate AI-enabled practices, identify risks and evidence gaps, develop practical policy and governance, and strengthen their assessment and evidence systems.
